This project, following the initial one also executed by H. Seabra in 1998, includes now the expansion/remodel and also the R22 refrigerant’s fluid retrofit by a substitution fluid without CFC’s, EU approved.

This Industrial Azorean Unity therefore prepares itself to comply with the new legislation which prohibits the R22 refrigerant fluid in refrigeration facilities, since the past January 1st 2010, also significantly increasing its work capacities.
