This design includes an automatic tunnel freezer for freezing capacity 22 tonnes per hour of chicken and has a storage capacity of 180 tons. This tunnel has dimensions of 32.2 x 13.3 x 9.7 m (WxLxH) and represents the top technology in “carton freezers” being fully automatic.
Along the tunnel, H. Seabra is responsible for the transmission lines of the boxes of chicken from the slaughterhouse and the cold rooms with shelving automatic capable of holding about 3,000 pallets. This project will also be implemented two new products developed in R & D Division of H. Seabra: ICESTOP – environment system that allows negative temperatures without ice and HSC – System control and monitoring of refrigeration compressors.
