Construction of a New Drying Unity for Deli Products

H. Seabra has been selected by the Souto Group to remodel its Poultry Freezing Warehouse and also the construction of a new Industrial Drying Unity for deli products, both located in Maracay.
The remodel is focused on the modernization of the refrigeration chamber facilities for frozen products and work rooms, providing them with equipments for a better warehouse management. We highlight the frozen product’s chamber of a product developed in the I&D division of H. Seabra: ICESTOP – a system capable of maintaining a negative temperature environment without ice formation.
The Drying Unity for deli products predicts the installation of 8 complete cycle industrial dryer for approximately 10 Ton. /each.
