Traditional Fishing Support Center
Equipped with the best fish processing technology, this Center has a Fish Freezing Tunnel with a capacityto process 5 Tons in 24h, a Fresh Fish Conservation Chamber, a Frozen Fish Conservation Chamber, a Scale Ice Factory with a daily production of 7,5 Tons and Ice Storage Silo with 15 Tons capacity.
This Center will have an area destined for the production of Dried Fish, providing continuity to the Angolan Government’s commitment towards the maintenance of traditional food products of the population, offering sanitary conditions in the Salting and Drying process and conservation of this product.
