This project includes the construction of a logistics warehouse with a total area of 40.000 m3, distributed in the proportion of 40/60%, between frozen and refrigerated areas, respectively.

The refrigeration installation, totally developed by H. Seabra, provides a technical solution using ammonia and glycol water and freezing systems using hot gas in the freezing chambers and heated glycol water in the refrigerated, significantly minimizing energy consumption in comparison with more traditional solutions and thereby making this installation a reference from an energy and environmental point of view.
