H Seabra invests in Quality Certification
H. Seabra implemented the Quality Management System (QMS) based on the international NP EN ISO
9001:2008 standards.
This implementation resulted in the systemization of all processes’s procedures including planning, execution and control, optimizing in a credible way, internal and externally, H. Seabra’s competence and capacity to provide products and services capable to fully satisfy its clients in terms of Quality.
H. Seabra views the Quality Certification (ISO 9001:2008) as the beginning of a continuous improvement process, resulting in Quality gains, but also as far as credibility, effectiveness and efficiency perception next to its business partners and employees.
