Ministry of Agriculture and Fishing – Traditional Fishing Support Center of Benguela

H. Seabra has won the public tender for the turnkey construction project at the Traditional Fishing Support Center in the provence of Benguela, in the town of Equimina.

This project contemplates the construction of several processing areas, training facilities, administrative buildings, Offices, Art of Fishing Support Store and Market.

Equipped with the best fish processing technologies, this Center will be prepared with a Fish Freezing Tunnel with a processing capacity of 5 tons in 24h, a Fresh Fish Conservation Chamber, Frozen Fish Conservation Chamber, Scale Ice Factory with a daily production of 7,5 tons and a respective Ice Storage Silo with a 15 tons capacity.

This Center shall also be equipped with Dry Fish production giving continuity to the Angolan’s Government commitment to the preservation of the food traditions of the population, providing sanitary conditions in the Salting and Drying Process and in the conservation of this type of product.

H. Seabra strengthens the bonds of partnership with the Government of the Republic of Angola, continuing to deserve its trust for the construction of the most important projects in the Industrial Refrigeration area.
